I paid but cannot see my plan or credits. What should I send?
Check Payments in your dashboard and the order status. If the account has not updated after payment confirmation, email the order number, date, amount and account email. Do not repeat the payment before checking.
How do I request help with a generation in progress?
Keep the generation or project identifier and the displayed message. For video, also check My creations; for music, check the generator’s library. Then send the relevant details through your chosen channel.
Where do I send a refund request?
Email the official address with the order reference and an explanation of the situation. Requests are reviewed under the refund policy and the service’s stage of completion.
How do I request a custom website or integration?
Send your project goal, a style reference, required functions and preferred timeline. The team can clarify scope and a proposal; custom services are not automatically included in an AI plan.
