Refund policy

Requests to cancel services or plans and refund payments are reviewed and processed by AI Moldova, tax ID 1026023042507, under the applicable refund policy.

Email adsmoldova77@gmail.com with the name used for the order, the service or plan, payment date and reason. Do not send a full card number, password, authentication codes or other sensitive information.

Each request is reviewed against the requested service, delivery stage, access already supplied, delivered materials and the conditions communicated before payment. A request does not automatically approve a refund, and the response is sent through a verifiable contact channel.

For custom services that have started or been delivered, the review considers work actually completed and resources already allocated. Specific conditions stated in a proposal, brief or project agreement remain applicable and are not replaced by this general page.

Cancelling a future request does not remove obligations already performed and does not extend access beyond a confirmed period. This policy does not claim that recurring payments are active; the available payment method is the one shown in the production interface at the time of purchase.
